Rob helped us to fix some appliances in our cafe. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. He gives excellent customer service and also he knows what he is doing. If we ever have anything needs to be fixed, we know who to call! Highly recommend him!
Rob came in to help fix an appliance. He was completely open in walking me through what he was doing. I didn’t even have to ask questions as he was happy to explain and teach me. Often I find people don’t want to give out too much and it comes off suspicious. Not only this, I mentioned to him at the end that I may have problems with other appliances and he immediately walked over to look at them. He showed me how to keep up regular maintenance on them and things I can do to keep everything running properly. I am a big fan of great service and Rob has won over my loyalty.

After calling and receiving several quotes from various refrigeration companies in San Diego, I was referred to O'Brien Refrigeration by a nice lady that works in Chef City in Kearny Mesa. Rob, the technician, was incredibly informative, friendly, professional, punctual, and walked me through everything my ice machine needed to get up and running again. What I really liked about this company is that Rob took his time and checked on every part of the machine and was not rushing like previous technician's I've dealt with in the past. His pricing was reasonable and fair and was able to get my unit up and running the same day. I Highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of refrigeration repair.

Rob is simply the best at what he does! He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. Rob is always the first person I call when I have a question or issues with a piece of equipment, because he seems to always have the answer. If you want the job done right the first time look no further. Fast, affordable, and knowledgeable. Rob explains in detail on what he is doing so you know your getting what you paid for. Last year on Super Bowl Sunday no one was willing to come out to look at out refrigeration unit. Rob knew that losing temperature meant a lot of wasted food so he came out and fixed the issue on a day NO ONE would come out. He is a true Hero!

He explains everything he is doing so you understand what he's fixing and why he's fixing it. He has help fixed downed equipment on a holiday weekend without hesitation. He is a true miracle worker.
